Built by an agency, for agencies

BetaStudio is a digital agency based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We build websites, web applications, and digital products for clients around the world.

Like every growing agency, we hit a wall. We were using Jira for project management, Slack for communication, Notion for documentation, QuickBooks for invoicing, Toggl for time tracking, and spreadsheets for everything else. Context was scattered. Clients were confused. We were spending more time managing tools than doing actual work.

We looked for an all-in-one solution, but everything was either built for enterprise corporations or too simplistic for serious agency work. Nothing understood the unique workflow of a team that manages multiple clients, multiple projects, and needs to present a professional face while keeping internal operations tight.

So we built BetaFlow. First as an internal tool, then as a product. We use it every day to run our own client projects. When we encounter a pain point, we fix it in the product. When a client asks for something, we build it into the platform.

BetaFlow is what happens when an agency builds the tool it wished existed.
